About the Role

As a Power Electronics Engineer at MBDA, you will play a critical role in designing and developing high-integrity, complex systems that control our Actuation Systems. You will use your experience to support and be responsible for circuit design, prototyping, testing, and integration/design proving of hardware needed for motor control, feedback loops, and general control system support during flight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop power electronics systems for our Actuation Systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and test power electronics systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for power electronics systems
  • Contribute to the development of new technologies and innovations in power electronics
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in power electronics design and development
  • Strong understanding of circuit design, prototyping, testing, and integration/design proving
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
