Diagnostic Imaging Opportunity

Hunter AHP is seeking a skilled Sonographer to join their team on a full-time locum basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general ultrasound procedures, including obstetrics, at a Band 7 level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-quality ultrasound examinations in accordance with hospital protocols
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of ultrasound technology and techniques
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and department efficiency

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration
  • Experience in general ultrasound, including obstetrics
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work at a dynamic and fast-paced environment
