TQR Site Maintenance Expert Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Maintenance Expert to join our team at our Plymouth site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all machinery on site, investigating and resolving any issues that arise, and developing maintenance standards and processes for the designated product lines.

Responsibilities:
- To ensure the smooth operation of all machinery on site
- To investigate and resolve any breakdowns or issues that may arise
- To develop and implement maintenance standards and processes for the designated product lines
- To train and develop the technical skills of the team
- To maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a maintenance leadership role
- Proven track record of improving maintenance efficiency and reducing downtime
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
