Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at ALC Group of Companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall marketing and administration of the branch, ensuring consistent growth and profitable performance.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet sales and service quality targets.
  2. Formulate plans to increase deposit and loan targets and profit objectives.
  3. Evaluate credit proposals and services to ensure alignment with company policies.
  4. Solicit new business opportunities for the branch.
  5. Represent the branch in local social functions and events.

Client Serving

  1. Elevate customer needs to higher management to ensure satisfaction.
  2. Ensure quality of service rendered to clients is consistently met, if not exceeded.
  3. Respond quickly to problems and ensure speedy resolutions.

Administration and Control

  1. Monitor performance against assigned tasks and duties.
  2. Ensure compliance with all municipal requirements and regulations.
  3. Approve all transactions and ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
  4. Manage branch expenses within budget and ensure that all approval requirements are met.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of work-related experience as a branch manager.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to plan and track multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
