Head of Philanthropy and Engagement

Elidyr Communities Trust is committed to creating positive, life-changing outcomes for our residents, and we're seeking a skilled and experienced Head of Philanthropy and Engagement to help us achieve this goal. As a key member of the Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy that supports our programmes, goals, and growth.
Your key responsibilities will include leading the creation and execution of a comprehensive fundraising strategy, establishing clear processes and policies for fundraising, aligning fundraising initiatives with the needs of the organisation, and building and maintaining strong relationships with funders.
This role is primarily remote, but occasional travel to Rhandirmwyn will be required for key meetings and team collaboration. We estimate the role will require a minimum of 3-4 days per month on-site. Reasonable travel expenses for trips to Rhandirmwyn will be covered by the organisation.
