Job Title: Apprentice CSA/Parts Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice CSA/Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team at Steer Automotive Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing stock control, and maintaining a high level of technical knowledge in vehicle repair and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage stock control, including ordering, selling, and maintaining an organized stock room.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge in vehicle repair and maintenance, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
