Job Title: Lead Bankfast Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer to join our team at HT Recruit Career Page. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in the design, integration, and deployment of our BankFast eXperience Platform (BXP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of implementing BXP, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
  • Solution Architecture: Design and develop scalable and secure solutions within the BXP framework, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business goals.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that drives successful project outcomes.
  • Integration and Customization: Seamlessly integrate BXP with existing banking systems and third-party services, ensuring data consistency and secure transactions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the platform delivers an exceptional user experience.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables with minimal defects.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after the implementation, ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in implementing Sandstone Technology's BankFast eXperience Platform (BXP).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java,.NET, Angular, React), strong understanding of API development, microservices architecture, and cloud-based deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of digital banking solutions, customer onboarding, loan origination, and other financial products within the BXP ecosystem.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading Agile teams.
