**Job Title:** Teaching Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Teaching Support Specialist to join our school team. As a Teaching Support Specialist, you will work closely with our teachers and senior leaders to develop and deliver high-quality educational programs for our pupils.

You will be responsible for preparing and delivering learning materials, supporting teaching staff in the classroom, and contributing to the overall smooth running of the school. What We Offer: In addition to a competitive salary of £18,369 per year (pro rata), we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave (rising to 31) plus 8 Bank Holidays. You will also have opportunities for career development and advancement within the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and deliver learning materials and resources for pupils
  2. Support teaching staff in the delivery of lessons and activities
  3. Contribute to the overall administration and organisation of the school

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of educational principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
