We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Bartender to join our team at The Ivy Collection.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of bartenders and barbacks to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality drinks.
- Oversee the smooth running of the bar to ensure efficient service and maintain high standards.
- Develop and implement new cocktail menus and train staff to deliver them with confidence.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
About You:
- At least 1 year's experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and high-quality drinks.
- Confident in preparing cocktails and spirits to high standards and able to train junior staff.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team.
