Executive Sous Chef

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic team at Heartwood Inns. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

• Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement menus, ensuring consistency and quality across all locations.
• Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve exceptional results, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and stock control, to ensure efficient and cost-effective use of resources.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the kitchen team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
