Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our team at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. This role will involve overseeing the day-to-day management of a group of locations, including task and people management, budget control, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client and Budget Management: Manage local client and CBRE budgets, reporting any out-of-line situations.
  • Service Charge Accounts: Control and manage service charge accounts where appropriate, providing monthly report data to the Account Manager.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by achieving client SLR and driving acceptable service delivery performance.
  • Communication: Maintain strong lines of communication with the user population on all BAU activity.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with legislative, client, and CBRE health, safety, and environmental requirements, sharing best practices.
  • Project Management: Work with local/central/third-party project managers to ensure fully integrated FM/projects delivery.
  • Team Management: Maintain a motivated team by management and personal development of all local-based staff.
  • Performance Management: Organize monthly team meetings and provide performance management.
  • Operational Management: Provide overall operational management within designated site areas, including reception, security, and specialist subcontractors.
Requirements

Our ideal candidate will be a Member of IWFM or another FM professional body, with an engineering/M&E background. A degree-level education is also preferred.
