We are a rapidly growing online job board looking for a highly skilled Programmatic Operations Executive to join our team in the UK.

The Role

This is a critical role that will play a significant part in driving our programmatic operations forward. You will be responsible for managing campaigns, working closely with our internal teams, and building strong relationships with our partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners to drive growth and revenue.
• Collaborate with the Data team to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Provide support to our Campaign Managers to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a performance marketing environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Excel, with experience using pivot tables and lookups.
