Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transport Supervisor to join our Facilities Management Transport Team. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role and a strong background in transport operations.

Main Responsibilities

The Transport Supervisor will be responsible for the daily supervision of a team of drivers, managing rotas and workload. They will also be responsible for the provision of a professional and efficient Internal Mail Delivery service collecting and delivering mail across Kent, including equipment, and other ad hoc items as and when required.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care and services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Person Specification

Essential

  • At least 5 years experience in a similar supervisory role
  • Professional knowledge acquired through vocational qualifications to Level 3 or equivalent
