Talent Search Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Creative Visual Designer to join our team. As a Creative Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing visual content for marketing purposes, including photographs, graphics, and other visual assets.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio of work that showcases their creative vision and technical skills. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement visually appealing content across various channels, including social media, websites, and print materials.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and design digital and print assets, including case studies, portfolios, newsletters, social media content, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualise and execute design ideas that align with the brand's aesthetic.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand guidelines and company standards.
• Prepare and optimise graphics for various platforms, including social media, web, and print.

Requirements:
• Diploma and/or proven experience in Graphic Design, Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Proficient and creative still photographer.
• Willingness to accommodate flexible working hours, including occasional early starts, to coordinate with retail store managers for the on-site photography of completed projects before store opening time.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
• Solid photo editing and retouching skills.
• Knowledge of website content editing (preferable but not essential).
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and aesthetics.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
