Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead Senior Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Engage in conversation and provide companionship to clients
- Support clients with their daily routines and activities
Requirements
- A genuine passion for caring and supporting others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle (for most roles)
- Authorisation to live and work in the UK
