Are you a detail-oriented financial professional looking for a challenging role in Lancashire? Bayman Atkinson Smythe, a leading property management firm, is seeking a Service Charge Accountant to join their busy finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing year-end service charge closures for a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a similar service charge role and possess effective communication, organisational, and numeracy skills. A proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential for this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel, is also required. Although formal accounting qualifications are not necessary, GCSEs in Math and English are essential.
In exchange for your hard work, you can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, plus benefits such as hybrid working, on-site free parking, study support, discretionary bonus, healthcare, wellness programs, and lifestyle benefits. You will also receive 22 days holiday + Bank holidays, including your birthday off each year, and annual social events.
