As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling queries and tickets via our Service Now system, providing first and second-line fixes, and contributing to the delivery of a great service to the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and process incoming queries and tickets
  • Ensure all tickets are logged and tracked in the service management platform
  • Provide first and second-line support and first-time fix for common incidents and requests
  • Fulfill order requests and raise Purchase Orders
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently
  • Excellent customer service skills
