IT Service Desk Support Specialist

Menzies Distribution Limited is seeking an IT Service Desk Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling queries and tickets via our Service Now system, providing first and second-line fixes, and contributing to the delivery of a great service to the company.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to and process incoming queries and tickets
- Ensure all tickets are logged and tracked in the service management platform
- Provide first and second-line support and first-time fix for common incidents and requests
- Fulfill order requests and raise Purchase Orders
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
- Excellent customer service skills
