Roads Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Roads Working Foreperson to join our team in the Helensburgh/Lomond area. As a key member of our public works team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our roads and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in out-of-hours emergency works and standby duties during summer and winter months.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality services and achieve project goals.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure the longevity of our roads and infrastructure.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in a related field.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality services and achieving project goals.
