About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team as a Senior Product Security Engineer. This role will be responsible for driving automated security processes, influencing architecture and leading strategic security projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement security solutions for low-latency systems and multi-cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, hybrid infrastructures across Python, C++, and Kotlin / Java environments.
  • Conduct threat modelling, vulnerability assessments and security code reviews across different platforms, ensuring security is embedded at every stage of the development lifecycle.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance and training on security best practices and secure development processes to engineering teams working in mixed cloud and operating systems environments.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with secure coding practices and development experience with languages such as Python, C++, Rust, Go and Kotlin / Java.
  • Strong knowledge of software development, system architecture and security tools.
  • Experience of securing both Linux and Windows based systems.
  • Experience with public cloud environments, including hybrid environments with AWS, Azure and Alibaba Cloud.
  • Experience integrating security scanning tools into CI/CD pipelines and runtime environments.
  • Experience within a trading / financial services environment.
  • Degree educated in Computer Science or similar technical discipline.
