Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic Affiliate Manager to join our team. As an Affiliate Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and managing our affiliate marketing programs, driving traffic and sales through affiliate channels, and building strong relationships with affiliate partners.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies to meet company objectives
  • Creating partner and channel-specific marketing plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Identifying and engaging new affiliates through research, outreach, and networking
  • Managing affiliate programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and optimising performance
  • Analysing performance data to improve campaigns and ROI
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
  • Negotiating contracts with affiliates, establishing terms and commission structures
  • Providing regular updates on affiliate performance and campaign effectiveness
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to keep the affiliate program competitive
Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in affiliate marketing, preferably in the sports, music, culture, or theatre events industry
  • Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies is a plus
