Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality training sessions that meet the needs of each individual goalkeeper.
  • Develop and implement a coaching philosophy that aligns with Manchester United's development and coaching 'Redprint' philosophy.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive working environment and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development of goalkeeper-specific sessions for various age groups.
  • Support player welfare and ensure compliance with Manchester United's safeguarding policy.
  • Deliver set play roles for match days and contribute to the team's overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering goalkeeper-specific sessions to a range of age groups.
  • Knowledge of goalkeeping principles, set play profiling, and risk assessments.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire female goalkeepers.
  • Deliver professional and high-quality goalkeeper sessions.
  • Hold a Goalkeeping B Licence, Emergency First Aid in Football qualification, and a valid Safeguarding Children certificate.
  • FA Youth Modules (desirable).

Working Hours:

  • Monday: 11am-7pm
  • Tuesday: 11am-7pm
  • Wednesday: U21s Fixture
  • Friday: 10am-6pm
  • Saturday: 8:45am-12:30pm
