Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Renewable Surveyor/Designer to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for conducting surveys, designing, and implementing renewable retrofit systems.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will attend customers' homes to gather data for suitability assessments of heat pump and/or solar PV systems. Key tasks include:

  • Completing full survey documentation including floor plans.
  • Identifying heat pump and cylinder locations, and basic property fabric – double glazing, solid brickwork etc.
  • Inspecting and photographing the existing heating system, along with the hot water storage/combination boiler etc.
  • Identifying potential risks or issues that could occur with proposed heat pump installations.
  • Collaborating with the operations team and in-house CRM with job information.

Requirements: To excel in this role, candidates should possess experience in EPC/building/property sectors, a full and clean driving license, and strong analytical skills. A competitive salary and benefits package awaits the ideal candidate.
