We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Belfast, UK. As an Associate Director in Mechanical Engineering, you will play a vital role in shaping some of our exciting projects and working on iconic engineering projects at home and abroad.

  • Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.
  • Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Setting quality assurance standards in design.
  • Grow, develop and manage mechanical engineering capability within the practice.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus 25 days annual leave, bank holidays, and options to buy or sell additional leave. We offer flexible working arrangements, including remote work options, to accommodate individual requirements.
