Job Description

KONE PLC is a leading global provider of elevators and escalators. We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our Doors Division in the Midlands & North regions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, focusing on small repairs through to full modernisation and replacement of doors, as well as supporting maintenance sales when required.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate leads and sales opportunities for the entire KONE sales team.
  • Manage and maintain existing customer relationships, generating new business from outside the current customer base.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the KONE team to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet sales targets and pricing objectives.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in sales, customer management, and industry experience or technical knowledge related to doors.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel to meet customers and undertake site surveys.
