Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housing Support Worker to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will work with vulnerable individuals to provide support and guidance to help them achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Progress and track referrals from the Local Authority into the service and outcomes for clients moving on from the service.
  • Deliver a high-quality off the street accommodation service for individuals rough sleeping within the Bristol area.
  • Complete holistic assessments for clients leading to the development of support plans which meet individual client goals.
  • Implement person-centred packages of support with clients.
  • Provide advice, information, and an enabling service to signpost clients to appropriate services to develop independence.
  • Offer an effective Housing Management service for clients and identified properties.
