We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead for Treatment Room to join our team at Dr Mittal & Partners. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our treatment room, supporting both patients and clinical staff.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the treatment room, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of patient appointments.
- Provide clinical support to healthcare professionals, including preparation of treatment areas and maintenance of accurate patient records.
- Develop and implement effective systems for inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining high levels of IPC and Cold chain.
- Run audits on clinical care and administrative aspects of the Treatment room, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Mentor and support Treatment room staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices.
Dr Mittal & Partners is a high-achieving QOF practice serving 20,000 patients across two sites. We are a dynamic and forward-thinking team, committed to delivering high-quality patient care and innovative healthcare solutions.
We have a strong established treatment room team, and this role will play a critical part in supporting our clinical staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our treatment room.
Requirements:- Clinical background in the NHS or private sector, with experience in a treatment room or similar healthcare setting.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and patients.
- Proficient in using healthcare management software, preferably EMIS Web.
