This role offers a structured pathway to becoming a successful independent financial adviser, starting as a support administrator and gaining hands-on experience while building essential knowledge in financial products, investment strategies, and client relationship management.

You will have opportunities to work alongside experienced advisers, enhancing your skills in areas like cashflow planning, effective questioning, and client meetings.

After completing a 12-week probation period, you will begin a tailored exam schedule guiding you step-by-step towards the qualifications needed for an advisory role.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to take the first step towards a rewarding career in financial advice. The salary package on offer for this role includes:

  • £30,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary
  • Bonus Structure

The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, with the option to work from home depending on your location.

To be considered for this Trainee Financial Advisor role, you should have:

  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Organisational and planning skills
  • Knowledge of financial markets and funds
  • Experience in a similar environment
  • University degree in Business/Finance (desirable)

Your responsibilities as a Trainee Financial Advisor will include:

  • Making appointments with clients and prospective clients
  • Researching investment systems
  • Preparing client annual reviews and follow-ups
  • Analyzing portfolios and funds
  • Insurance provider and product research
  • Process and procedure updates
  • Administrative and compliance duties, including preparing cashflow reports and suitability reports
  • (If applicable) Exam training and schedule
