Job Title: Wood Machinist Craftsman

About the Role:
M4 Recruitment - Swindon Division is seeking an experienced Wood Machinist Craftsman to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for working from various woodworking machinery, including Band Saw, Circular Saw, Sander, Router, Jigsaw, Table Saw and Drill Press.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate woodworking machinery with precision and efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cabinet maker, bench joiner or carpenter.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
