Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Castle Fine Art. As a Luxury Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets in our prestigious Oxford Gallery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Lead and motivate a small team of Art Consultants to achieve sales targets
  • Oversee the implementation of business development activities, including promotional events and marketing campaigns
  • Operate and maintain a welcoming and presentable gallery environment

Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving and achieving sales targets
  • Highly motivated and confident in ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders
  • Previous experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on customer service and relationship building
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Salary with On Target Earnings of £40,000+
