Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Audit and Accounts Manager to join our team at AD Recruit Limited. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients within the Corporate Services department.
About the Role:
- To provide excellent service to clients on a cost-effective and timely basis.
- To review and finalise audit files, accounts, and corporation tax work prepared by junior staff.
- To develop knowledge of clients and their businesses as their point of contact on day-to-day matters.
- To identify business opportunities and assist partners with specific value-added assignments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing staff within a practice environment.
- Minimum of 4 years post-qualification proven experience within an audit practice environment.
- ACA or ACCA qualified. FCA or FCCA desirable.
Working Conditions:
- 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours 5 days. 5 hours each day must be worked between 8.30-5 and the rest can be flexed.
- Hybrid working: 60% in the office.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
