Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead our development team in Swansea, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions while mentoring junior developers and ensuring code quality.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Mentor junior software engineers and ensure code quality.
* Troubleshoot and debug software issues as they arise.
* Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and integrate new technologies.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
* Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
* Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
* Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
* Proven experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
