About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Activity Coordinator at the Zinnia Centre. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, intensive care to patients experiencing acute and chronic mental illness.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement engaging activities that promote patient well-being, social interaction, and therapeutic growth. You will work closely with our community counterparts to provide collaborative care and support to females with complex severe and enduring mental illness.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver a range of activities that cater to diverse patient needs and interests
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive ward environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
