Join Our Team as a Parts Advisor
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at Tallis Amos Group Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our inventory and parts supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory levels and parts stock
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials
- Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any issues related to parts availability or supply chain disruptions
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a similar position, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and suppliers
- Basic IT competency, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Fork Lift License would be highly desirable (training offered)
