Programme Development and Communications Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Communications and Development Specialist to join our team on maternity cover. In this role, you will drive fundraising efforts and oversee external communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with stakeholders and supporters.
- Manage and coordinate fundraising campaigns to meet organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience working in development and communications, preferably in a non-profit organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Benefits
- A competitive salary of £30,000-31,500 per annum, depending on experience.
- 33 days' holiday (FTE), including public holidays each year.
