Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Professional

At Northrop Grumman UK, we are seeking a skilled Regulatory Compliance Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental legislative requirements, including Net-Zero, ESG requirements, Waste Management, Carbon Reporting, and maintaining the ISO 14001 environmental management system.

The ideal candidate will have experience in this type of role previously covering specified responsibilities, such as managing company ISO 14001 Management Systems, auditing qualifications, and global Net Zero strategies. They will also possess excellent social skills and advanced MS software Excel skills.

About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including flexible working schedules, a flexible benefits package, an employee incentive programme, and career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure legal compliance to all relevant environmental legislation and document it within the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of the Carbon Reduction Plan as required by the UK Government.
  • Implement carbon reduction projects to aid the business in achieving their net-zero targets and objectives.
  • Regularly report environmental performance data to the business at all levels, updating on NGUKL performance against global goals.
  • Be the subject matter expert for the 'fighting climate change' element to the business development/bid teams to assist in winning new business.
