Automotive Technologist

At Auto Skills UK, we are looking for a highly skilled Automotive Technologist to join our team. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet by conducting thorough vehicle inspections, carrying out repairs, and performing general servicing and MOT preparation. Additionally, you will be expected to diagnose faults and update relevant paperwork.

The ideal candidate will hold full industry qualifications and have completed a recognised apprenticeship. They will also possess a deep understanding of automotive technology and the ability to apply it in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £43,000 to £45,000 per annum, plus benefits such as ongoing training, a strong pension scheme, medical insurance, and retail/holiday discounts.

The working hours for this role involve a rotating shift pattern, including early mornings and late evenings, with occasional Saturday shifts compensated at a higher rate.
