Job Title: Activities and Wellbeing Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Activities and Wellbeing Lead to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver a stimulating programme of activities to promote emotional and physical well-being.
  • Organize group and individual activities, as well as encourage community involvement through events and external outings.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high standard of care and support for residents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and external partners to ensure a seamless service.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working within the Activities department or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds.
  • A good understanding of support and well-being principles, with a commitment to delivering person-centered care.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A passion for working with older adults and a commitment to promoting their dignity, privacy, and rights.
