Client Focus - Deliver on Our Promise

  • You'll work as part of the senior construction delivery team, taking direction from the construction lead and project senior leadership team, providing guidance to the wider team.
  • You'll build relationships to manage and influence senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • You'll build a strong working relationship with your clients and support the construction lead in turning the client's vision into a deliverable onsite plan.
  • You'll work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery.

  • You'll support managers and other junior members of your project team and provide an environment to share knowledge and experience.

  • You'll provide technical expertise and support to delivery teams, creating a culture of ownership, promoting roles and responsibilities.

You'll need to have detailed knowledge of construction methodology, process, and inherent safety involved. You'll also need to have proven experience in managing multiple large packages of work, planning and budget management experience, and open and empathetic communication skills. You'll be aware of industry technology and advances, and sound technical expertise in HSE regulations. You'll be an experienced perspective to all site operations, exploring new and innovative methods, and clearly communicates and ensures that each direct and indirect report knows their role and importance.
