Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to join our team in a project lasting several weeks. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the erection of scaffolding in preparation for pitched roofing works to commence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the dismantling of scaffolding after the pitched roofing project is completed
- Day-to-day responsibility for compliance with health and safety regulations for both M & J Operatives and Sub-Contractors
- Co-ordination and communication of the above with the M & J Contracts & Project Managers
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks or hazards
- SMSTS certification is required
- An in-date DBS Certificate is mandatory
