Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate new business needs and determine effective technical implementation strategies for ServiceNow solutions.
  • Collaborate with engagement leaders, project managers, business analysts, developers, and testers to design and deliver complex technology projects on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop and maintain strict adherence to risk management and quality standards.
  • Provide advisory services to clients across various sectors, including banking, insurance, and public sector.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry-leading practices and technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in delivering advisory services to a wide scope of areas, including banking, insurance, and public sector clients.
  • Proven experience in consulting/professional services and technical delivery.
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist in at least 1 product suite.
  • Certified in ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4).
  • Strong expertise in Scripting on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, CSS, and Angular JS.
  • Deep understanding of key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions.
