About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Chef de Partie to join our team at Canopy London City. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes within our specialty section.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the opening of our new venue concept, Penny Square Restaurant, by providing a highly efficient and effective service.
  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within the specialty section.
  • Assist in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes under the guidance of the Sous Chef.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment, adhering to food hygiene practices.
  • Develop and mentor Demi, Commis, and apprentice chefs, as well as kitchen porters.
  • Continuously look for ways to surprise and delight our guests with exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Passionate about creating EPIC guest experiences.
  • Love all things about food and are interested in the happenings in our neighborhood.
  • Flexible, approachable, and sociable in nature.
  • A minimum of Food Safety Level 2 with a solid understanding of HACCP.
  • Right to work in the UK, with documented evidence of eligibility required.
