We are seeking an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join our team at JJF Associates. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for carrying out business development calls to inform schools of available candidates and identifying same-day bookings or upcoming longer-term positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Meet schools face-to-face by carrying out school visits and reviewing service levels
  • Carry out business development calls to inform schools of available candidates and identify same-day bookings or upcoming longer-term positions

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a recruitment consultant, ideally in education or an education setting
  • Full driving licence and access to a car to carry out school visits

  • Negotiable salary and commission - based on experience
  • Reduced hours during school holidays – term-time hours will be 07:00-18:00
  • Ongoing support, mentoring, and training to ensure you are successful
