The firm prides itself on exceptional work provided for its loyal client base and is expanding the private tax team. As part of this expansion, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal tax clients, building strong working relationships and delivering outstanding service.



About the Role



This exciting opportunity offers a $60,000 - $80,000 per annum salary package, which includes flexible and hybrid working arrangements, 36 days' annual leave inclusive of bank/public holidays and Christmas closure, plus additional benefits.



As a Senior Tax Consultant, you will have the autonomy to work on your own initiative while being part of a collaborative team. You will be ACA, CTA or ATT qualified or working towards a tax or accountancy qualification and have previous experience in a similar role within an accounting practice.



You will be responsible for planning, preparing and executing personal tax returns within deadlines, ensuring tax liability is correctly calculated and communicated to clients, and completing P11D forms for submission to HMRC.



You will liaise with clients to provide timely information, review work by junior colleagues, and stay up-to-date with relevant tax legislation and laws.



Requirements




  • ACA, CTA or ATT qualified or working towards a tax or accountancy qualification
  • Previous experience in a similar role within an accounting practice
  • Highly organised and able to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
