About the Role

We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Remedy Education. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students to improve their behaviour and develop essential life skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualised support to students to help them overcome personal barriers and develop positive relationships with peers and staff.
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behaviour plans that meet the needs of each student.
  • Use a range of strategies and techniques to promote positive behaviour and reduce challenging behaviour.
  • Support students to develop emotional regulation skills and manage their emotions in a healthy way.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure that students receive a comprehensive and coordinated support package.
