Transportation Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Van Driver to join our team at RMB Driving Recruitment Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company and be responsible for transporting materials between customer locations, making deliveries directly to customers' facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of safe and skillful driving, with excellent knowledge of local areas and efficient routes. Daily responsibilities include operating company vehicles to make pickups and deliveries, helping with loading and unloading vehicles, and completing pre- and post-trip safety and operations checklists and documentation.
This role comes with an estimated salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding role with opportunities for growth and development, please apply.
Duties:
- Deliver goods to designated locations in a timely fashion whilst completing all drops which can be up to 3 per day.
- Comply with all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and operational vehicle.
- Represent the company well in interactions with customers and the general public.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the local area and most efficient routes.
- Complete collections as required.
- Assist with installs of the customers equipment for each delivery and there can be some heavy lifting involved.
