Teaching Assistant for Students with Special Needs

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team in a 3-form entry Primary School in West Bromwich. The successful candidate will be working in an SEN Classroom, supporting students aged Early Years-KS1 with Additional Needs, predominantly Autism.
This is a full-time, long-term role, ongoing for the whole academic year. We require someone who can build positive relationships, create a safe environment, and provide emotional support to our students.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Supporting students with Special Educational Needs
- Following instructions set by the class teacher
- Developing good relationships with students, staff, and parents/guardians
- Positive, warm, and patient nature
- Market-leading rates of pay (£25-£30 per hour)
