Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting plan appraisals, statutory consultations, and site inspections, as well as developing existing client relationships in Oxfordshire. This role presents an excellent chance to grow professionally within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough plan appraisals of residential developments and associated non-residential uses
  • Carry out site inspections to ensure compliance with Building Regulations
  • Develop strong relationships with existing clients in Oxfordshire
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve company goals

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including private medical insurance, annual salary reviews, certified training, company holidays, and a ten-year service award scheme.
