Job Title: Application Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Specialist to play a leading role in the adoption and implementation of the 3DExperience Platform at UKAEA. The successful candidate will work closely with the Configuration Management and Engineering delivery teams to facilitate the implementation of the 3DExperience Platform to UKAEA programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the adoption and implementation of the 3DExperience Platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Work closely with the Configuration Management and Engineering delivery teams to facilitate the implementation of the 3DExperience Platform to UKAEA programmes.
  • Migrate existing applications to long-term 'fit for the future' 3DExperience solutions, leveraging the benefits of digitalization.
  • Support the enablement of Digital Twin, ensuring a seamless digital thread.
  • Collaborate with non-engineering functions, asset management, project management, and other stakeholders to drive the adoption of 3DExperience.
  • Implement international standards, such as BS/ISO, to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to support the adoption of the 3DExperience Platform.
  • Support the up-skilling, development, and training of UKAEA staff to ensure successful adoption.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in implementing Dassault Systems 3DExperience Platform.
  • Sound understanding of PLM techniques and the management of complex engineering data sets.
