We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to take on a leadership role at our care home in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to develop their career and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care when the Home Manager is absent, and coaching and supervising colleagues to deliver exceptional care. You will work closely with the management team to implement policies and procedures, ensuring that our care home remains a place where residents feel valued, respected, and supported.

This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. If you have experience working in a similar role or as a Registered Nurse in a nursing home, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice
  • Take charge of resident care when the Home Manager is absent
  • Coach and supervise colleagues to deliver exceptional care

Requirements:

  • Full eligibility to work and live in the UK
  • Previous leadership experience
  • At least 2 years' experience working in a similar role or in a nursing home as a Registered Nurse

Estimated Salary: £20.12 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
