About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team at Malvern Community Hospital. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals admitted to our ward for rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized patient care, working in partnership with the multidisciplinary team to promote the comfort and well-being of patients.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of professionalism and patient-centered care.
  • Facilitate the day-to-day running of the ward, administering medications, and working alongside patients, families, and carers to provide 24/7 rehabilitation.
  • Attend meetings as needed, such as multidisciplinary team and discharge planning.
